They were also tested for antileishmanial and antifungal activities and possess good activity. In the light of their biological activity results it can be assumed that these compounds can be used as potential candidates for drug designing.

Noor Uddin has completed his Master of Philosophy from the Department of Chemistry, Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad, Pakistan under the co-supervision of Prof. Dr. Saqib Ali and Dr. Muhammad Sirajuddin in 2013. He is now registered in PhD in the same department under the same supervision.
