Poverty and Social Development

The issue of poverty is a social problem on the public agenda because it is a global issue. In today's societies, there are a number of families living in poverty which is associated with the lack of economic resources of a person, but also has to do with the factors to develop in society, such as: education, housing together with basic services, social security, dissatisfaction of human rights. The purpose of this work is to identify the economic, political, social and cultural needs of the municipality of Padilla in order to identify the areas of opportunity that can be addressed through the various expressions of political participation.
