Biopolitical coercion is at the heart of societal governance. The war of all against all is an ideology broadcast into the unconscious through the information tool expressed in the form of government, the modern post-neoliberal economic model and the institutional system of governance. Indifference, individualism, and paralysis of social participation are the results of apathy generated by the communication tool. The very loss of self-education as a social right.
