This book focuses on the power semiconductor devices acting as an Electrical Switches. The classification of power semiconductor devices with there different switching characteristics along with construction are presented. Ha più di 15 anni di esperienza di insegnamento e ha pubblicato 20 articoli di ricerca su riviste specializzate. La sua area di ricerca si concentra sui convertitori di potenza, sui sistemi di energia rinnovabile e sull'accumulo di energia.
