A. Ukasha received his Ph.D. degree from AGH University of Science and Technology, Krakow, Poland, in 2007. He is working as Professor in the Electrical & Electronic Engineering Department at the University of Sebha, Libya. Dr. Ukasha published more than 45 papers at International Conferences and Journals.
