Pre-vocational education of migrants in adult education

The possibility of intercultural competence/ICC or opening up for social and professional action and its elements in organisations, systems and companies as well as practical action as a component must be demonstrated. from the experience of two university courses and university lectureships, the factor of intercultural competence gains new relevance from the point of view of globalisation and social diversity. Intercultural competence does not have a fixed canon of qualities and knowledge, rather it is a foundation.
