PreBabel

PreBabel (the universal language) was only a biblical story originally. It (PreBabel) is now a science. It outlines the requirements for constructing a universal language and shows the actual construction mechanism. It then outlines the spectrum of all human nature languages which spread over this universal language framework. It also defines what the perfect language is:- One, it must be constructed with a code set which must be finite in number.- Two, the pronunciation of each word must be read out from its face.- Three, the word-meaning of each word must be read out from its face.Then, I give a real example of a perfect language.
