Precariousness in Public Employment

In view of the labour reality that is besetting us with the passing of time and the professionalism required to fill certain positions in the Argentine State, the need has arisen to find a judicial solution for its workers, in order to safeguard their labour rights. We will analyse possible solutions for those who find themselves in this situation, as a consequence of the application of different labour regimes to those that apply to the permanent staff of each agency. As well as the committed activity of our magistrates.
