Precise of Congolese Commercial Law in the Light of Ohada Law

Congolese commercial law is a set of private law rules governing commercial activities. Despite the existence of the general commercial law of the Organization for the Harmonization in Africa of Business Law (Ohada) to which the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRCongo) has adhered, commercial activities remain subject to non-conflicting Congolese national laws. in Ohada.
