Prefabrication: The New Generation Of Construction Method

Through the years productivity in construction sector has seen an increase from the use of new technologies and innovated techniques. Focus has been given to diminution of time, reduction of cost, amelioration the overall quality, safer working conditions and succeeding sustainability. One method of construction that succeeded to group together all the five mentioned keys is the Prefabrication. The importance of the prefabrication under controlled conditions and standards, can decrease the amount of defects, significantly reduce the accidents and most important can improve the production rate while eliminating the fluctuated productivity of projects, which is commonly one of the biggest problems during construction progress.

Graduating from University of Frederick in Cyprus, his main target was to start developing his career as a Quantity Surveyor. Since 2014 is employed by an international contractor in the role of Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia where he started his MSc in Construction Management at Salford University.
