Prisons has been a constant scrutiny but has been not clearly studied. As such more people are unaware of what is the life of an inmate is. this book will provide a comprehensive overview of the Philippine National Prison system and allow a snapshot of how in an enclosed and supposedly regulated society be penetrated by decays that can brought about further causes of state failure with in a country.
