Preliminary agreement

The monograph is devoted to certain issues of the use of preliminary contracts in the obligations of certain types of purchase and sale. The paper reveals conceptual concepts, types of preliminary contracts, and features of their practical application. The problem of the application of security payments in the preliminary contract is stated; the problem of compulsion to conclude the main contract is investigated.
