Preparing an organization for action in emergency situations

This study comprises synthetic approach of chosen, according to the authors the most important, aspects of preparing public administration for right functioning and fulfillment of tasks, resulting from the social expectations of an emergency response. Discussed problems are not specific solutions in this matter, but merely guidelines for proper preparation of administration, which always, due to the cultural distinctiveness require an individual approach.
