A cross-sectional study was conducted in Peninsular Malaysia with the objectives of determining the serological evidence and the management practices that could be associated with CLA distribution among different geographical regions. The pathogenesis of the disease was also studied with the objectives of describing the clinical, pathological, hematological and biochemical parameters following intraperitoneal exposure of mouse model to C.pseudtuberulsos and its exotoxin (PLD) extracted from the organism.
