Prevention of medical liability lawsuits

Knowledge is the best defensive weapon of the medical profession and its institutions against potential medical liability lawsuits, and prevention is the only proven effective way. This is a contribution of basic solutions for a drastic decrease in the number of lawsuits against health professionals. While considering that the practice of defensive medicine, the first tool wielded by the physician, does not result in a higher quality medicine with the aggravating factor that the costs are of great magnitude.
