Born in Beirut, Lebanon. Studied mechanical engineering and received an MSc in Mech. Engineering from the Lebanese University and an MSc in Engineering Management from the University of Michigan, in 2005.Received an MBA from the American University of Beirut in 2009 and a Business and Legal Fellowship from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.
