Principles: in dubio pro operario and primacy of reality

This paper deals with the principles of the primacy of reality and the protective principle and their impact on labour disputes, mentioning their importance in the legal system. It also aims to demonstrate the effects of the application of these principles on judicial decisions. The main objective of this work was also to analyse the innovation of labour law following the effective application of these principles.
