Management is necessary so that individuals make their best contribution towards group objectives. Management consists of a series of interrelated functions that are performed by all managers.To understand the principles of management, it is important to understand the concept of an organization and its various subsystems. An organization is made of a group of people with some specific goals, objectives, and activities. Organization is also defined as the relations among the components of a system. Organization structure denotes the components and relations that bind the people working within the organization.
