Bangladesh is one of the developing countries in South Asia and over burned with its excessive population. Especially in Dhaka, the population is increasing day by day and the result is the rising need of housing for the huge number to population. But there is no sufficient public sector housing to meet the present increasing demand. For this reason, private sector housing comes forward to solve this basic demand of housing. Hence after a time, Real Estate Housing Market started business with a goal of solving the basic need of its residents. Initially the pioneer companies did well and earned the satisfaction of the buyers. But in course of time, a great number of companies came at this field in the study area (Ward no. 53, New Baily Road including Siddheswari) and did not care for the total management and their only objective was to ensure maximum profit.
