Privatization And Telecommunication Reform

This paper try to investigate the effectiveness of privatization in Indonesia to achieve purposes of telecommunication reform in Indonesia. Understanding the effectiveness of this program will be very useful to give guidance to reforms in others sectors in Indonesia. The study will analyze the impact of the privatization program on the efficiency and performance of the Company; the market mechanism in telecommunication sector after the privatization; job vacancies and remuneration; and government revenues.

Graduated from University of Sebelas Maret, Solo, Central Java, in 2002, completed the bachelor of economics (Development Economics) and finished Master of Art in Public Policy from Murdoch University, Perth WA in 2010. Currently, work as civil servant in Indonesia.
