Probiotics and hepatoprotectors in the treatment of viral hepatitis A and B

The book is devoted to the actual problem of medicine - complex therapy of acute viral hepatitis A and B (VHBV and VHBV) with probiotics and hepatoprotectors. Questions of formation of intestinal dysbiosis at patients with VHF and VHF , infringements of the functional state of liver and methods of their correction are considered. The results of comparative observation of 102 patients with acute viral hepatitis A and B who received and did not receive bifid and lactose-containing probiotics and herbal hepatoprotector Silymar are presented. The positive influence of treatment on terms of clinical recovery of viral hepatitis, microbiological composition of colonic contents and biochemical indexes of liver function was revealed. The clinical advantage of the combined scheme of treatment, including bifidumbacterin forte, lactobacterin, prebiotic lactulose and hepatoprotector silymar, compared with monotherapy with bifidumbacterin forte and silymar was shown.
