In this book the author will investigate the obstacles faced by the international community in its efforts to adopt an internationally accepted legal definition of terrorism and try to elaborate whether there have been any progress made in resolving the legal and political difficulties encountered. An internationally accepted legal definition of terrorism will certainly make it much easier for many states in their cooperation to prevent and suppress international terrorism.
