Problems of criminal law protection of natural objects from pollution

Genesis of protection of lands, waters, atmospheric air and forests from pollution, constitutional bases, international legal acts, national nature protection legislation, state policy and strategy in the considered field are systematized, and also the analysis of elements of elements of criminal pollution of lands, waters, atmospheric air and forest is made for the first time in the Republic of Belarus. It is addressed to researchers, postgraduates, undergraduates, students and teachers of higher educational institutions of legal profile.
