PROBLEMS RELATED TO E-LEARNING IN TIMES OF PANDEMIC IN

From the consideration of virtual education tools have been developed predominantly by companies of goods and services, rather than by educational institutions, and points out three problems that have been seen in the Universidad Privada San Carlos that must be developed to transcend the practice of virtual education model.
