From the consideration of virtual education tools have been developed predominantly by companies of goods and services, rather than by educational institutions, and points out three problems that have been seen in the Universidad Privada San Carlos that must be developed to transcend the practice of virtual education model. This article highlights the relevance of virtual education in the same way, specifies the role and importance of information and communication technologies (ICT) in this educational modality. The frustration of the virtual student originated by serious or repeated problematic situations is a fact that perhaps is not being sufficiently studied. Similarly, deficiencies in the use of ICT by the student and the teacher can cause frustration and serious problems in the performance of their activity. Also the level of communication between teacher and student influences a lot in the development of the virtual class sessions, The educational offer of the university education grows continuously, not only because of the lack of communication between teacher and student, but also because of the lack of communication between the student and the teacher.
