Dr. Christian M. Ringle is a Full Professor and Managing Director of the Institute for Human Resource Management and Organizations at the Hamburg University of Technology and Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Business and Law Professor at the University of Newcastle (Australia). He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, received his Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Hamburg and has been a Visiting Researcher at various universities worldwide (e.g. Georgia State University, Manchester Business School, Osaka City University, University of Technology Sydney). His research mainly addresses the management of organizations, strategic and human resource management, marketing as well as quantitative methods for business and market research.
