Process Improvement by Using Lean Tools

This project is going to focus on The Process Improvement which has different aspects by applying lean thinking methodology which aims to provide zero waste at any process by using some tools.at this project we will use two tools which are Value Stream Mapping and 5Stools. The main objective from our study is to maximize the efficiency of the processing time which going to be reached by scheduling all the processes within smooth flow, eliminate the wastes ,utilize the time ,maximize the production at a certain time and establishing plans to sustain improvement. We perform the study in Alsha'ib Printing Press which located at Downtown, Irbid.
