Processing equipment for the meat industry

The review is given and designs of meat grinders of domestic and foreign manufacture are considered. Basics of designing and calculation of meat grinders are resulted. Geboren in Leningrad. Verdedigde zijn proefschrift aan het Moskouse Polygrafisch Instituut. Ik werk als universitair docent aan de Universiteit voor Lage Temperatuur- en Voedingstechnologieën.
