The book is about explaining the main products and their characteristics or properties and geographical location within "piel de torro". It makes a tour of the oils, rice, asparagus and a long etcetera of high quality products that are produced in the Spanish countryside. Both for domestic consumption and for export. The book is an old project that saw the light and now is launched again to the market for various reasons or visicities occurred.
