Product Design by Modification of Composite (For Mosquito Coil)

Product customization and variety generation are widely used in new product development strategies to successfully compete in the global market by manufacturing firms. Materials play a vital role in product design. It also seeks to put forward the methods and means for optimum utilization of materials in design innovation, which proved to be very promising. A finite planet can not sustain with infinite use of goods and services. The slogan of current era is- reduce, reuse and recycle. One of the hallmarks of modern industrialized society is the rising use of materials. Not only are people consuming materials more rapidly, but also they are using an increasing diversity of materials. Indeed, it has been postulated that assuming current trends in world production and population growth, the materials requirements for the next decade and a half could equal all the materials used throughout the history up to date. This work is an approach of rationalization of use of existing material for mosquito coil to get an optimum result in terms of quality and establish techno-economy.
