Production of Glazed Beads Using Egyptian Paste Technique

The project provided veritable firsthand information on production of Glazed ceramic beads using the Egyptian paste technique. Beads are made in small sizes and are used all over the world. Making glazed beads posses a problem of handling and sticking to surfaces during the glazing process. The project devised ways of overcoming this problems and firing the beads independently. All the materials used in the project were locally sourced making the process practicable for remotely indigenous potter.
