PRODUCTION OF TOMATO SEEDLINGS OF THE SANTA CLARA VARIETY

The preparation of the substrate is of fundamental importance for obtaining quality seedlings. Due to the scarcity of natural resources, there is a growing demand for alternative materials to be used for the cultivation of seedlings and plants. These materials should be easy to obtain, environmentally correct, have a stable structure, reasonable decomposition time, be homogeneous, low cost, and contain physical, chemical, and biological characteristics compatible with the seedling to be produced.
