Professional integration of the young people Romania within the Europe

Most often, professional integration is analyzed by means of a series of objective indicators - the employment rate, unemployment rate, unemployment rate - which, while very important, fail to capture the complexity of the process. This is also because professional integration is a complex process which involves decisions, multiple professional trajectories, socio-professional identity formation etc.
