Professional Training and Employee Welfare Programmes

Training programme is becoming an integral part of every organization. Management access the employee's potentials and provides the training on the areas where new employees are poor. It is indispensable to every organization at the time of recruiting new employees. In a large-scale organization, they will establish separate wing as human resource development to look after the matters of training related activities. Today educational institute neither imparting satisfactory training progrmmes to the teaching staff nor extending ample welfare programs. The education is the ever-flourishing sector and providing large scale employment to the unemployed youth. The TTD Educational institutions are relying much on Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, for deputing their employees for training and for implementation of employee welfare programme from time to time without having any independent polices related to these is an imminent need which makes effective endeavours to launch exclusive polices of training and employee welfare programme for the benefits of teaching staff in TTD educational Institutions.

University, Tirupati and Ph.D from Dravidian University, Kuppam. She is also completed another degrees of M.Ed, M.Phil and Ph.D in education from SPMVV, Tirupati.
