Project governance in working-class urban neighborhoods

During the visit to the Deux-Rives district, with several exchanges between the population and certain local development players, it emerged that certain players are becoming familiar with the project's governance issues.As far as new neighborhoods under construction are concerned, they're all in the same boat, but the QPV is different. It's not new, and has often been a forgotten district of the city of Strasbourg.Some of those involved in the Port du Rhin district find it hard to believe that they will be be truly integrated into the major urban project, even if on paper this should be the case. Governance issues are important, especially for such a project. At the moment, we're seeing some discrepancies, more a resentment on the part of players already in place in the Port du Rhin district.
