Project Implementation of basic quality control tools

Every company must comply with duly registered quality standards in order to achieve competitiveness in the local and international market. From this reasoning, the problem statement of the linkage project is that the company under study, NEGAINCO S.A., needs to implement basic quality control tools so that its product complies in time and form with the requirements of its customers. In the medium and long term, this will enable the company to implement a quality management system and obtain certification of compliance with the INEN Quality Seal (Ecuador's public agency for standardization, validation and certification, regulation, and metrology) and ISO 9001:2000 standards, thus ensuring that the product meets the requirements established in national standards, international standards, and applicable technical regulations.
