A project is a response or a solution to a problem. Under various uncertainties and high chances of deviations, a project becomes successful because of dedicated and committed planning and implementation. The study of project management helps the readers apply theory and practical together.The book is designed to impart knowledge pertaining to concept of project, project management, and cost and performance analysis, planning and scheduling techniques, appraisal methods for investing in a project with evaluation and so on.
