This book is expected to contribute to the understanding of project management principles and raise the standard of knowledge in the applicability of the appropriate tools and techniques to successful project management. It will also introduce professionals, researchers and students to basic concepts of project management issues, contracts, tendering procedures, project finance, technical analysis of design implementation and making a business location decision.
