Project Thesis in the Field of Quality Management

This academic paper deals with the management system
of JGArchitects, an architectural practice
in New York a city well known for its broad
architectural offer. Titled Improvement of
JGArchitects Management System
[JMS] by
standardizing and optimizing Processes , it is
written in
the field of quality management/ quality
assurance. The focus of the analysis lies on
identifying opportunities for
improvement and on concepts to advance the system.
The elaboration brings JGArchitects quality system
into focus to increase
both process stability and product quality.
Three main aspects were discovered which needed to be
improved to increase JMS efficiency:

1. Process control was restricted by partly not
   suitable measurement methods
2. The amount of change orders caused by
   architectural errors bear the opportunity for
   further reduction

3. JMS documentation process missed evaluation and
   standardized procedures

This study closed with an award-winning diploma thesis in the sector of energy management. Subsequent succeeded a MBA-Program focusing "International Industrial Management".
