The promotion of education through the use of New Information and Communication Technology tools is an approach that no nation can avoid in this era. Although this study was carried out and adapted to the Congolese education system, it remains applicable in several Regions (Countries) following comparative education which demonstrates more similarities in student learning as well as in school administration.This work embodies a philosophy of optimal management of a country's entire school system, involving all educational players (pupils, teachers, parents, prefects, managers, etc.), which is why it is aimed at everyone.The DataSchool platform we're talking about here is an IT project designed to digitize all schools, with the aim of digitizing administrative activities rather than student teaching. With a range of multivariate functionalities, it offers a dynamic workflow that enables each player to carry out these activities collaboratively. Its online library provides a basic repository for learning.
