Promoting Motivation and Corporate Sustainability in UCC in Lisbon

It is necessary to motivate and exist investment in corporate sustainability, primarily in social sustainability, in private long term care units, in order to improve the performance of these organizations at a time when this market is expanding, with an aging population and shortage of resources of the National Health Service in Portugal.For good organizational performance, companies must therefore act strategically and serve as drivers of motivation for employees, giving them the possibility of personal, cultural and professional development.
