It is a very interesting book that describes the challenges being faced by many of young women enter pruners in Ethiopia. The book also thoroughly assess the prospects of women entrepreneurs in Micro and Small Enterprises in Dessie City. it's revealed in the book that the women entrepreneurs have good prospects that encourage them to create their own businesses; they have plans to improve their enterprises and positive societal attitude towards women entrepreneur. On the other hand, the main challenges that hinder women enterprises were found to be lack of information access, unreasonable interest rate charged by micro finance and other lending institution, no affiliation from women organization, and lack of access to finance, lack of practical training, entrepreneurs and dual responsibility.

Mihret Haylemeskel is a scholar who has a Bachelor degree in EDPM and Masters in Public Management.She has served as a school teacher and supervisor and now she is working as a head of training and human development department in leaders' academy.
