This research presents the optimal time management model based on the Internet of Things using Crisp data mining (case study: Iran Khodro Co). The current research is fundamental and applied in terms of its purpose and qualitative in terms of data collection method. Research data in the first stage is collected through the collection of data and primary information from the library method and the study of articles, books, treatises, Thesis and related specialized texts have been obtained, and in the second part of the qualitative research, the grounded theory method was used to discover and identify the components, dimensions and variables of time management based on the Internet of Things, and the necessary variables were identified to collect The semi-structured in-depth interview method was used to collect data in this section. Using the tool of in-depth individual interviews, participants' experiences are extracted in depth. The statistical population of the current study includes 20 faculty members in the field of management and experts in this field, and the sampling was done by snowball method. study results showed by using the optimal time management model based on the IOT.
