Psychodrama - The Science and Art of Warming Up
Details
The purpose of this book is to deepen existing knowledge about the first stage of the psychodrama session, the warm-up, in order to establish a correlation between the superposition of two psychodramatic spirals, when applied to psychodrama sessions to enhance it, favoring access to the unconscious and creating an intrapsychic bridge between the present and the past. This psychic state can be seen especially in one of the four cases described, entitled "Emotional Surgery in Psychodramatic Bodies", where a delicate and painful "surgery" was carried out on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual "bodies". From its essence, you can extract various elements about heating such as: processes, rules, forms, means, agents, paths, maintenance, psychopathology, etc. The target groups that can use the knowledge developed here are mainly professionals and students in the areas of health and education, such as medicine, psychology, pedagogy, social work and/or sociology.
