This study examines the psychological and social problems faced by the psychologist in Govt Special Education Centre s/Schools/Institutions in Punjab. The main objective of study was to observe the relative impact of psychological and social problems faced by psychologist during job. Therefore, the objectives of the study were (1) to find out the impact of psychological problems on psychologist assessment. (2) To analyze the impact of social problems on the performance of psychologist. The population of the study consisted psychologist working in Govt Special Education Centers/Schools/Institutions in Punjab. Sample comprising of 100, psychologist. For the collection of data from the psychologist questionnaire was developed and it consisted of 31 items (factors). Questionnaire was reviewed, pilot tested and validated to make them authentic and credible measuring instrument. Data were collected personally by repeated contacts with the sample. The data collected were tabulated, processed and analyzed by computing percentage, Mean, Data interpreted in light of objectives with the help of SPSS.
