Psychological characterization of students

The present investigation has the purpose of identifying the existence or not of depression, anxiety, personality traits of each student, and how each psychological characterization influences or intervenes with the academic performance, in the same way, the objective of the present investigation is based mainly on the characterization of the psychological profile of the students of the first semester of the career of Pedagogy of Physical Activity and Sport of the Technical University of the North, using as instruments three psychological tests that allow us to throw quantitative results of descriptive type, and thus verify the existence or not of relations between them; On the other hand, an analysis and synthesis of each variable to be considered in this research was carried out. The results reveal that students' academic performance is affected by several factors, one of them alcohol, which through the SPSS analysis in the Spearman's Rho correlation showed that this factor or variable was correlated with academic performance, but it should be clarified that alcohol was correlated with most of the variables that were evaluated.
