The book depicts the need to cultivate strong employee relations as a best practice in people management in organizations.to retain and attract best talents for them to enjoy a competitive edge. The book was based on unitary and pluralist theories and psychological theories. Empirical studies on psychological contract were also viewed to help in inferences to fill the gap left by past studies on the issue of employee relations.The book demonstrates the correlation between psychological contract and employee relations.
