Stress, musculoskeletal disorders (commonly known as "MSDs"), work for senior citizens, career paths and working conditions are increasingly topical issues. Today, work can also be the source of new health risks. As the legislation imposes on the employer an obligation of result in terms of safety, it is all the more important to prevent these risks, which have become the hobbyhorse of the trade unions and staff representatives in companies. Faced with these risks, the employer and the Human Resources Departments are often powerless. This book aims to identify these risks in order to deal with them as early as possible before curative measures are necessary.
