Public policy proposal to reactivate Manaure's salt mines

The document embodies a reflection on the corporate importance in the resolution of the salt crisis in the municipality of Manaure, La Guajira, calling for a convergence between private capital, civil society and governmental actors to address the problem through the institutionalisation of a departmental policy that achieves synergy between the actors involved and, through governance, brings about the socio-economic rescue of the salt mines in a region with poor social development indicators.
