The theme of public-private partnership is very essential in both developed and developing countries since the governments are not able to provide all services needed by their citizens. It covers different services such as; health, agriculture, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing and education among others. This book focuses on education in secondary schools specifically in the archdiocese of Mbeya, Tanzania. The main objective of this study was to assess the effectiveness of public-private partnership for quality education and moral integrity in secondary schools. Through this study, Kristofa Zulu Nyoni was able to find out the roles played by Public-Private Partnership for quality education and moral integrity in secondary schools; explore the extent to which catholic secondary schools implement Public-Private Partnership and identify challenges facing catholic secondary schools in implementing Public-Private Partnership.

Rev. Dr. Kristofa Zulu Nyoni, is a holder of BSc-Ed, MSc-Ed, and PhD in Sciences of Education from Salesian Pontifical University-Rome. He is a Senior Lecturer of Ruaha Catholic University, Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Psychology. Currently he is serving as Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
