Sustainable development of rural areas is one of the greatest challenges that face the South African government. Despite the government initiatives, rural people still suffer from real problems of inadequate development. Mr. Neil Sirbadhoo (B.Sc. Construction Management, SA) is a Project Manager who worked on many construction projects in South Africa. Dr. Ayman Othman (Ph.D. Construction Management, UK) is an Associate Professor at the British University in Egypt. Jointly they published a number of papers in refereed academic journals and conferences.
